Visual HP – What Gear Are You In?

Order Processing

We don’t sit on the grid long.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your gear is ready to roll, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info.

During race weekends, new drops, or high-volume periods, things may take a little longer—but we’re always pushing to keep it moving.

United States Shipping

We ship anywhere in the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location—no guesswork, no surprises.

Canada Shipping

Yes, we ship north of the border.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Crossing the border isn’t always a straightaway.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays can happen—we don’t control them, but we’ll always help however we can if something gets held up.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Give it 24–48 hours for tracking updates to go live—sometimes the system takes a lap to catch up.

Shipping Issues

If something goes off track—lost, delayed, or damaged—reach out to us at john@visualhp.com and we’ll make it right.

A couple of quick notes:

Double-check your shipping address at checkout—we can’t reroute once it’s in motion.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
